well i went through the training table. But i am confused how to make a schedule. there is literally 5-6 trainings i dont know which to discard and which to use...which to use twice a week which once....if someone is training LF/RF please let me know the effective schedule. | 24/06/2016 17:15 |

Okk - Try this Crossing the ball ×2 Beating markers ×2 Shot on goal ×2 Dribbling ×2 Attacking headers ×1 Penalty Shot (Maybe ) |

Attacking x2 Beating x2 Crossing x2 Sprint x1 Penalty x1 Shots on goal and dribbling are useless even for CFs. |
