That is incorrect. No, you do not get an offer to manage another team. You may get an offer to take your team - players, stadium, staff - and replace another team in a higher division but you will not take over their team.

I could remembered I have experienced a thing like this some time ago (" Received a message from system bot, to leave my current team and step up to manage a team in higher division"). That's why my answer is "yes". But its fine as you say its incorrect. Thanks.

And if you selected "yes" your team would have been moved to the higher division. You would not have been given the other team. This questions has been asked and answered numerous times in the forum. Before answering, please consider searching the forum for the proper response rather than confusing newer managers.
