Yeah, less energy during match I'd say.... But like 60% to be effective! 10/06/2016 08:52

So 3 balls should help only during match.
If i lose 20 stamina per game and if i add 3 balls on steel lung i will still lose 20 stamina?
If it's only for energy bar during game not sure it's worth it.

I think players lose the same energy during the game, but after the game, they appear with less stamina loss. 10/06/2016 11:42

If I remember correctly back when I was testing this I concluded they lose less stamina during the game (and consequently less overall loss after the game).
Players that had steel lung skill with more than 2 balls had more of the green bar at the end of the game than those that had no bals in that skill.
I dont think I concluded this out of thin air but it was a long time ago, so dont take me 100%

I did something similar Forza. IIRC it was 1 or 2 less stamina loss. More recently it didn't seem to be working at all - but I've also changed formation and Divisions. It could be that it's a percentage and not an integer - so the more that the player actually loses stamina the more that the steel lung works. In games where my defenders (only ones I had steel lung on) didn't lose a lot (20) of stamina points it didn't seem to work.

I personally feel having a steel lung would be very harmful for anyone let alone a footballer. Not a big fan of having a metal object inserted in the body and running few miles with them. I am not an expert, but I came close to becoming a doctor except for a small hiccup (flunked my science class in grade 10), so I can confidently state that steel lungs don't seem to be a healthy thingy at all and are def not approved by the FDA. Logically I suppose in SM, steel would increase your overall weight and you would run less and therefore you would lose less stamina, but then how would that help you win matches?
