We're just volunteers here, just managers like everyone else - some of us go to school full time, some work full time, some have kids and family we have to take care of, some all of that. And we manage our teams. And we do the fiscal and mod work. We try to answer every message but many are silly messages such as "loan me a player" when I am in Div 2 and they are in Div 6, or "give me formation and tactics," or any number of questions that are easily answered in the forum. Right now there are pages of complaints about managers cheating. 68 different managers, some with 2, 3, 4 different complaints. If there wasn't so much rampant cheating in this server, we would have much more time to devote to helping new managers. P.S. - One thing I forgot to mention. The fiscal tools are not available on the mobile site. So we can't simply login from our phone and handle something. We have to be at a PC. And as you can imagine, employers don't take kindly to opening up SM in the middle of a meeting to reset a sysbot in someone's PL. xD Edited by @vgates 26-05-2016 19:54 |

yeah,of course,fiscal work is somehow difficult and tedious.... Managers can help fiscals if they reduced the cheating rates.lots of managers commit cheats thereby keeping the fiscals busy.Not all fiscals,have full time to reply to messages or greetings sent by managers. Managers should not be offended if they are'nt attended to. Thanks |
