I had an 84% jnr coach ealier,so i fired him and i hired that of 87% but the training as not make any change...the % 84% is trainin is same as that of 87%. Please what happening? |

No matter the % of your coach they will train the same way. The difference is that the players improve at a higher rate with a better coach. |

But if i temp. promotion my jnr player to senior team with same % of the snr coach,if it trains +282 with the jnr coach,he trains +480 with the senior coach | 20/05/2016 08:39 |

When temp promotion to senior players get motivation boost which means they gain more from training. Keep temp in starting eleven to maintain this motivation when in senior team. He will also get a boost when he goes back to junior team until the next time the junior team plays. Point 2 if the training schedule was different then you would expect +xxx to be different as player improvement is also dependant on type of training |

I also hope you're using GB to train your coach up to 99.. best results come from buying high and training up even higher! Pro Tip: Don't say that to your girlfriend. |
