LEGA. ======================================= Kitfaith:- Well come Mr warzy, Well come to my hot seat. Warzy:- (Laughs) Yo, Thanks. Kitfaith:- About the player "LEE FORD" who you sold out, can you tell the world the reason behind the auditioning. Warzy:- eeeem... there's nothing much behind it but the only reason was about his age. Kitfaith:- Age?. How?... I mean... Is he too old or how?, because he's already 29. Warzy:- Exactly. Kitfaith:- So how do you think your mid- field will be like now that he is gone?. Warzy:- Good of cause. Yeah, am Gona buy many more good young players and we gona build the team well. Kitfaith:- Alright, So what do you have for managers out there?. Kit... i will give you a honest feedback because it seems you are not getting any from the comments above. There have been many since the first season who have done interviews of other managers and @'s and published them here. Those interviews could be rated from really good, funny, informative to downright wannabe. Bad news is that yours falls in to the last category. Good news is that you can improve... I would suggest that you go through that thread and browse through ones by Vijji. You don't have to copy him, but get a sense of what he probed and what did the readers take away. Your above so called interview can just be labeled as a very short conversation between two people. There is nothing that a reader learns about warzy's personality or your wit. As i said, there is a lot of room for improvement and that should be the silver lining you should focus on. Don't give up, interview more and slowly you will get better, but only if you make a conscious effort to do so. |
