Ali Agharabi Username 3439 msgs. Best scorer	Could be for many reasons. 1. The person you're trying to arrange a friendly with is still in the Striker Cup. He won't have free slots obviously. 2. He's got all his friendlies slots filled up despite being knocked off the Cup. 3. If he's in a particular division, he made use of his option to turn off friendly requests. This helps him to ward off some terrible managers who would bug him with a thousand and one requests even after rejecting them a thousand times. 4. You're just not lucky. Sorry.
