Trying to sell an old player (34 or more) can be a reason to be sanctioned.

 Why should he be sanctioned? If the player agrees a contract then there is nothing wrong with signing him. Afterall the player feels he has the capacity to play more (just like Ronaldo who feels he can still play even after he clock 40)

You should read the new season updates Kakesman. Perhaps the part where the admin says that selling a 34yr old is grounds for sanctions?

The manager has been reminded and he took the player off auction.
