Will you insist that something is happening to your players and they are not training properly because of some outside source? Or will you go through your team as I just did and see that bunch of them are on 22% motivation? That CDF that is on 77% motivation gained failry good increase considering that he is probably in the range of 75-79 progress. Having full backs on 22% motivation and training them intercepting passes will give you exactly the training result that you have got. Edited by ForzaJuve! 01-04-2016 11:46 |

Make a formation with 5 defenders and keep 5 defenders in the line up, but for the other positions in first 11 find fillers. Don't use the players out of their position. With juniors the drop in motivation for doing so is significant. Either keep them in first 11 in the right positions or keep them on the bench on 77% motivation |

Oyewale said: Some of them can be playing way out of position, try make a formation to accomodate your farm, best juniors in first team (5 in case of defs) to train at 100%, fill up with other players to complete first eleven. Then the rest of the farm train in substitute at 80%. Just like Oye said in his first reply actually LOL! |
