There are some hidden factors that some mogul managers use to increase the average of players. It has been a lagend(perhaps true) that some managers have to visit the hidden treasure of SM to be able to get that magic button(created by conjuring) that increase the average of players. They make it genuine without increasing the average of players indiscriminately, but by a series of increaments, so no one noticed. I am still trying to figure it how to belong to such set of managers. Maybe I should read through FAQ! You can join me, if you interested in belonging to these group of moguls.
