Hi All, i have kept a player in my junior team till 19years and his training was going down Now i have promoted him to senior team. When a player gets a red P, promote him. It happens when they turn 19. Every day you don't promote them they lose 1 point of progression - the speed at which they improve (or green). If their progression gets too low, the age they start to decrease from training (or red), gets younger. | 25/03/2016 06:12 |
