I am guessing that you had subs set for the 60min mark? I've seen this a few times where when there is a foul right at the 60 min mark the system doesn't seem to be able to process the changes. |

Referees in this game are so dumb... Can't process more than one scenario at a time  If something else happen apart from substitution at that time the subs won't go through. |
