But logically, with the basic rules of the game, no fiscal needs to overrule any fiscal. There are punishments stipulated for every rule broken in the whole list of rules and regulations. So, once they spot a case, verify it, they can actually take decisions without consultation (because they have a little guide). In some severe cases, I believe, where a fiscal just cannot understand the manner of offence committed, where he doesn't know where to start from or where the offence starts from, he should be able to seek help from much experienced fiscals. Actually, I always overrule every one of @yoyo's cases  But to be serious, we do a lot of discussion about cases that are complicated, but for the most part we will stay out of other @'s way. Now if someone fined you 100m because you beat them, feel free to message an @ about it because then we will get involved, but if you were cheating, we're not going to reverse the fine just because. |
