I have a junior im http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=22923980 that have been in my junior first 11 as a IM but is motivation is still at 52 percent the exact way it was when I bought him. Can anybody please explain this and ways to correct this anomaly?

Thanks. But could not find any solution to the problem in the link provided. The IM was in my line up(1st 11) of my junior team before my match on Monday and was still there today.

I even check my line up after the match today and he is still there. And he was also playing in is right position I.e IM

When you go to the board, then youth team, then results (Board-Youth team - results) the last game shows 0-3 win for you and that usually indicates suspended game.
Then I checked your opponents junior team and he has no players at all. So yes, it was a suspended game.
For such things post into "reset team" to avoid it from happeneing in the future

I thought even in suspended games, the players would get their normal motivation if they win.

Young92, you have to click on the "automatic button " in your junior lineup and then, manually set your lineup.

Do this every month.

Even when you play against a full eleven, the motivation will be the same.

Nah, I don't think so especially if there is not a single player in the opponents team. The line up for that day doesn't even get recognized by system....
But the automatic thingy certainly won't hurt to do.

I think you earn nothing in a suspended game. Other then stadium and sponsor income.
