How about getting a message that " one of your staff is dead" Considering the age factor this makes sense right? How about your players asking for vacation? (Getting married, getting laid  , being father , personal tragedy, court cast to attend, sick and so on. ) |

+1 to the idea. atleast this will make the Forums and Chats lot more active. Ofcouse, this also mean that the we shoudl be able to buy health insurance for the players, so in case they DIe or are incapable of playing, we get protection from monetary point of view. |
