Average of a junior can come low, it is the progression/forecast that trully matters. Sure, its better if 14 year old would arrive as a 35+ average with high progress. But that is very rare. Expect players of 20 - 30 average. | 18/01/2016 10:32 |

Promote from school? YOu can't know untill you promote him to the squad. It can be the same as it says in school, but if he has spent some time in school his average will be higher | 18/01/2016 11:38 |
