I know how you feel, but still doesn't matter almost the same here too and everyone i suppose, but we just need to keep an open community... It will surely be abused if implemented, can you imagina a team blocking you after he stop training your player he took on loan  and again information is power, a manager you blocked today might have something better to ask apart from those stuffs later.Just saying  |

If your team plays badly as my does, you will hardly get any requests for formation. |
