When the devs said that no new star players will be created they also said that every now and then some managers were to be selected (based on achievement points) to choose a player that would receive 5 extra progression points and a name change. I don't know if they stopped doing so. But if you look at div 1-2 teams you will find some of these players. My English today is not so good but I hope yo ugot what I wanted to say. Moreover, @s surely have more detailed info on the issue |
