Dear Olympians, it looks like that not all us are playing with zero effort, what I do not like. I was doing some research in recent 2 weeks and is seems that we have some violators among us. I repeat, that according to our rules, all of us are required to play with the zero effort tactics during the entire match. And if I say "zero" I mean "zero" (not 5%, not 10%) and if I say "during the entire match" I mean "during the entire match" (not 70 minutes, not 85 minutes, but full 92 minutes and 30 seconds). In recent 2 weeks I have captured a screen-shot of every team before and after the match and compared the stamina points used by every player. It was proven long time ago (some of you were babies at that time), that when playing with zero effort during the entire match, your players will consume 6-7 stamina points (even less if substituted). Occasionally this may raise to 8. In our league, we tolerate 9 points as the maximum allowed stamina spending. None of anyone's player is allowed to spend more than 9 (10 or more) points, otherwise it is clear that the team was not using zero-effort tactics during the entire match. And if I say "clear", it is "clear". No chance of complaining. As such, I have decided to free up my time during the weekends so that I can track performance from now on regularly. Before and after every Saturday's and Sunday's match, I will continue getting screen-shots of your players and track whether any of your guys used more stamina than he had to. I repeat, 9 points is the upper limit. Should any of your guys spend 10 or more points, you will get a "violation point". Three violation points mean that you are disqualified. There is the only exception when you can play non zero: if you are not disqualified and you will be scheduled to play to a disqualified team. You will not get a violation point in this case. Playing non-zero in every other case, will add a violation point. Keep in mind, that number of violation points is the first factor influencing your final position in the PL. You may become a Council group leader, but with one violation point (while others have none), you are the first one to relegate. And vice-versa, you can win Adepts group, but you will not be promoted to the Council when you have more violation points than other do. We are taking this measures to ensure, that everybody of us complies with our rules. Especially, if you - playing on zero effort, will face non-zero playing opponent, the probability of the injuries of your players are significantly higher. This is to protect our guys who we need for a regular league matches. With this said, I do recommend to all of you to review your weekend tactics and to use only the tactics, which are zero-effort and you must use them during the entire match. Check also your substitutions and changes of the tactics you are making during the match so that you are switching to the zero-effort one. Sheriff is back to the town and is watching you. Should you have some doubtfulness about the stats, feel free to PM me. I am keen on listening your arguments. Good lock everybody and stay zero. Ronnie PS: The website, where you can track my results is at: http://olympus.ronnie.club . Keep watching the stats, so that you do not get your players injured when playing against disqualified team. |

Great job Ronnie. I think everything will be better with your statistic. Before this time more people brake the rules.. I do not know why, because Olympus circle is place for saving stamina.. Sometimes it happen, but no more than two times.. |
