#backinmydiv6days Stayed in Div 6 only for 1 season and got to Div 5 relatively quickly. Spent the first few seasons focusing on stadium building and getting 90+ coaches. Made a couple of friends like CelloG, tdot, and Heidstra and helped trained their GKs. CelloG taught me the importance of high progression youth players and how to search for them. tdot taught me his advanced tactics. |

#backinmydiv6days I spent 1 season in div6 and div5 each. Then I spent 2 seasons in div4. I recal that I had to fire a better % senior coach in div5 when my team loss a couple matches to a less % coach thinking that it has effect on winning games. I think the high offside that my team usually get cause me to learn more about the game from div5. I learnt how to make money easily on the game. I got so lucky when the game "bless my hustle" with 98% junior coach, and I went directly to pharming. I can vividly recollect that I sold a 50avg CDF 17yrs old for 33mil, and a CDF I got from my Uruguay school that I trained to 60avg selling for 100mill. Those were back in the good old days. In div6 I learn the hard way when my very good GK was hostiled, I got really angry that I renamed the player to a very offensive name(I can't recal it now). Yeah, I made a couple of friends too, Oyewale, eam, Illex and a host of others. #backinmydiv6days |

Dear Olympians, all of us are loaning out players each season to boost their experience and stats. If we are lucky, we have friends who take care of our players as if it was their own player. Otherwise we look for a hosting managers from among requesting managers who appear when we publish our player for loan. This approach raises a risk, when hosting manager does not train our player as agreed or trains him insufficiently. In such cases we are happy, that our guys is back at the end of the season and we look for another manager next season. I believe, that it is a waste that such information is not captured and shared among other managers. Even if it is obvious, that it is a loaning manager's responsibility to properly pick up hosting manager and there is no place for complaints when things are not going as planned/agreed, I still believe, that we can do something about it. We can share our experience about hosting managers and with the time, we will get the picture about who is honest manager and who is just a cheater begging door-to-door. To do so, I have prepared a Feedback Station, which I want to share with all managers here in Striker Manager. The idea behind is, that every manager can share his experience with particular hosting manager and write feedback on him. I am about to verify every feedback and once verified, this will be communicated to a hosting manager via in-game messenger. At the same time, the station collects information, we is available to everybody. Before deciding about where to loan out your player, you can check the station and see, what was other managers' experience with a particular manager (whether he was training as agreed, whether the player has enough playing time, how the manager was communicating, etc). At this point, we have the station prepared. Me and ricko1 have already put our feedbacks there. Before publishing it to most managers, I want to share this with you, members of our Private League, so that you can touch it before other managers can. You will be my testing rabbits. Any ideas and suggestions are highly appreciated. Ah, .. and link is: http://striker.ronnie.club It was tested on PC on Firefox and Chrome. Mobile devices were not tested, but feel free to use it. At least we will find out the limitations. Ronnie |
