I were looking for better staff for weeks and finally decided to train them. Is it worth to do? (Junior Couch and Scout especially)

Best you try and find a 88-90 something coach/junior coach and then train them with GBs. Also, prepare to have 1-2 players in your hall of fame, when the time comes to hire them to your staff, they'd always be a few percent better than your current staff.
No need to train scout or any other staff. Just the coach and jr. coach.
