What the hell is happening? I had a 62 average physiotherapist and he recovers at rate of 12.. Now I just hired Aboda of 75 Average and he still recovers at the same rate. .... what happened? |

Depending on the fitness points of your team, a physiotherapist or psychologist is sometimes forced to work harder to achieve results. This also includes the services of doctors as well. Depending on the severity of injuries too, a doctor can be made to administer more healing time to players, and sometimes, you get to have the maximum output the staff can offer. Also, I believe that until you get a great staff (and I'm talking about those rated from eighty-five per cent and above or something worth it), any other staff will deliver about the same results and not like the perfect staff you'd like. We will not also take away the place of randomness nonetheless. You could have a player injured for ten weeks, and a beautifully rated doctor could recover about three days when he could have made it four! We would also consider the stand of randomness of the system in this case. There's nothing like: 0 - 20 recovers no point. 21 - 40 recovers three points ... I hope you get what I mean. |
