That part of the game where you have to input data (usually figures and letters), where the game interacts with the user works in sessions, more like a time frame. If it doesn't receive data in the allocated time frame, the session will expire, and you'd have to reload that session, resetting the time period it needs to collect the data required. If it keeps saying that, you should reload the page for a new session because the parameters are restored to default by the system once the allocated time lapses.
