Because that is a great example how NOT to upgrade the stadium. To fill the VIP seat you need to fill all other seats. You have to have balanced stadium to maximise attendance and profit. |

I can't click on your stadium to have a look for some strange reason....anyway, if you made this too you can't do much since there is no way to demolish seats.
