An option to recall a player will appear in player's profile once your player is not being trained in receiving team (for 7 days in a row is I am not wrong). It is important to note, that an entire team (together with your player) has to be untrained. With this said, the option to recall your player will not appear when you loan out let's say a striker, but the receiving team will train defense. Although your striker in this case will most likely never receive any training, that team as a whole is being trained and the option to recall your player back will not appear. This mechanism is to protect loaning teams just for the cases when a receiving manager quits the game. Is it not intended to protect in the cases when teams are not happy how their players are trained. It was the loaning team manager's job to properly choose the team where he loaned his player out. |
