By default, training results (daily gain to the player's average) is visible to everybody. When you buy pack manager, you can decide to show or hide player's training gain. It is possible to roughly estimate player's progression based in his daily training gain considering his position, type of the training received that day, age, average, players characteristics and motivation. With this feature (and while having pack manager), you can hide the gain received from the training. Moreover, if I remember correctly, all players have training progress hidden by default since you buy pack manager. Correct. Also if you have pack manager and take a player on loan, it's good practice to show training (if its not already) so the loaner can check progress | 01/11/2015 03:41 |
