Hello guyz i need standard def training..i don't wan't my defs to to have too much stat in leadership.... I will appreciate it if the reply I need comes from an EXPERIENCED MANAGER |

Leadership is linked to technique, so by not training leadership you will also have reduced Technique stat. To not have high leadership simply don't train Clearances and aerial play/running with ball But, I would argue that leadership for defenders is important since forwards gain it much faster than the rest of the team due to goal scoring. Defense to deal with skilled forwards needs high leadership to acquire skills only through passing. Anyhow, if you are sure you don't want it, simply skip the clearances and aerial play/running with ball training. |
