 When I check player forcast and i see peak with 2019 does it mean that it's in 2019 the player will reach that forecast?? 26/10/2015 11:00

Indeed, as long as you train him properly. Otherwise, he may not get to that avg, or it may take him longer...

 It's realistic. Think about real life: you cannot expect a 14 yo kid to play better than Iniesta in a week. It takes several seasons for that kid to be ready for the main squad, and even then, he will need minutes and experience to reach his peak. These players are not meant for short term development, but for long term planning... 27/10/2015 07:14

With good training they may reach it earlier, but then the forecast can increase as well with good training. I would take forecast to mean; potential. 		27/10/2015 07:18

In case whereby I have junior GK,LB,RB,OM,CF it will be difficult to train them together because they don't play the same role. So it means the time taken for them to reach that peak will be more 		27/10/2015 08:06

You can loan some of your players out to teams that train those positions and focus in training some specific position. 		27/10/2015 08:48
