Current schools owners can answer this more properly. With schools churning out mediocre players more often then not, do you promote and sell them asap or do you just discard them? And if you do discard what is your threshold in terms of progression to decide to keep or let go? | 14/10/2015 10:32 |

Basically, if you're not brilliant in a class, you will be repeated till your performance improve. So what i normally do to most of my lazy students is to keep them in the school till their brains start functioning well. If the brain refuse to function and your prog remains under 80, you will repeat same class till old age. Some lucky +80-86prog ones with some high average get promoted to test if any divi 5-6 guy will hostile with minimum RC if no one hostile after one season, you get your a** fired simple.  |
