No. In hostile,you pay the player's release clause in full,and the manager cannot decline the sale when the release clause is activated. And transfer agreement is when you negotiate with the manager on a particular amount for a player. the manager can decline several offers,until one that is suitable is made. hope this helps | 09/10/2015 08:39 |
