ME,porschewayne and josh_gold went to the same CYBER CAFE to create advance formation... we all used seperate COMPUTERS... this evening i was trying to bid for porschewayne's auctioned player but it showed me you cannot negotiate with this team....whosoever wrote the FAQ should have made created more awareness on how IP could be jammed... @ about last week @icasta cleared our IP BLOCKS I dont know if he will be willing to do it again  |

Hey dude, Do you know, many got punished with the same issue you brought up. When I read this post, what first thing that came into my mind was maybe you're trying to help him increase the sale of your friends player, which is really Uncool. lol  You can contact a fiscal and get the help but don't try to do what I said. We have never done any form of transaction or even transfer of cash, the player loaned in from me is the first ever transaction between the both of us. we want our IP cleared for personal and PL purposes. | 07/10/2015 10:18 |

It's the first goddamn rule of the game. Please read. IP sharing has little to do with computers/mobile devices, but everything to do with network/Wifi connection. Every Manager of Striker Manager must follow these rules. The Fiscals/Admins reserve the right to modify or expand these rules if necessary. If a manager breaks these rules, he/she will be punished. There is an association of users, called "Fiscals". One of the Fiscals will assess the seriousness of the action and decide the penalty. All violations of all rules are punishable by fines, suspension (detainment), or expulsion. In case of disagreement with the penalty or disagreement with the actions of the Fiscals, you can appeal directly to the administrator. The administrator will not consider a case that has not been evaluated previously by the Fiscals team as a whole. (** - Very important to remember when playing this game) 1**) It is forbidden for users to have more than one team. Anyone controlling more than one team have their teams removed and may be expelled from the game. If two or more managers share IP (typically managers connecting from the same network in universities, colleges, offices, internet cafes, etc.) they may not transfer or play private leagues with prizes, or engage in any action involving exchange of money or players between them or a common third party. Using third teams to transfer players between teams that share IP is considered cheating and cannot be done under any circumstances.
