Well you see, renaming anyone is not a simple exercise. One has to change the name on passport, govmnt records, medical records, etc. A lot of effort and time goes in it; so its quite logical that the devs charge a small fee for the name change. Its reasonable charge and as Mr Waz rightly says so, buying a pack manager gives you a free pass for a while. |
