If you have just placed him in HOF, you have to wait to next season. Then he will be available as an option to hire as 3 different employee positions to choose from. Your hired player will perform 2% better than the previous employee... | 29/09/2015 12:12 |

Thinking about it for a while, so in theory I can have 107% strenght coach? And then another question pops to mind; if I can hire more players from HOF to same position, can I pump up a staff member to 150% (i.e.) ? |
