Heard the FA amend some rules to keep Chelsea out of trouble. Rule no. 1, Any winger that dribble Ivanovic will be given a straight red. No. 2. Any 3 shots on target from Fatcow oops Falcao will result in a penalty. No. 3. Chelsea is allowed to use 20 players in away games. That's 15 will start and 5 sub slots.
