why can't I negotiate with some team (loan,buy players and play a friendly game)can you pls help me.....so that I can negotiate with them |

I cant, contact an @ , they will check the relations between the two teams. If its the same manager using 2 teams then all hell will break lose  If its genuine and just 2 friends who happen to live near each other then its possible you can get the help you need. |
