Cpt Carrot, love the name btw, your squad has two players for each position. I hope you are rotating them regularly with team A for league games and Team B for friendlies and private league. This way all players get a chance to play in first squad and moral doesn't drop drastically. Also as rishu rightly advised, Psycho is pretty useful in this regard. I f you are tight on funds, run him every alternate day or else everyday works well. |

Also try running the doctor regularly as well. Run him even if you have no injuries. Rumours says running the doc regularly reduces the rate at which players get injuries. Also do not leave out 'physio the rapist' |
