There's no standard training schedule, you have to build your own, trial and error. The sheet provided is great, and should give you a great tip. If you want help for yourself, try being polite to others. 13/09/2015 19:16

If you're looking for a "How to top SM in 30 days" kind of help, you're not getting it from us. You're requesting training schedule like someone requesting a movie on ThePiratebay.
Give it a try yourself, work around via shuffling your training programme(someone has already given you the spreadsheet). In short, stop leeching and be your own teacher and student.
