I have a question about the stadium accessories. Obviously the description on the top right was done with google translator

Accesses and floodlights should increase "revenue fences" by 5% each while the scoreboard increases "gate receipts" by 1%. While I understand that gate receipts probably means that I get 1% increased income from the people that arrive for every home game, what do accesses and floodlights increase? Do they increase billboard income or is it also 5% more income from supporters that arrive for every home game?
