So that being said, the more good play (good passes, recoveries etc.) more expirience gains. Leadership stat increases the % of gains.

2. - those that come into game also gain expirience depending of their game. Don't know the factors of time played, but if they had few recoveries, scored goals etc. they wil gain some.
