So we all know that many people get players on loan but don't train them as promised, which has always caused a few complaints and skirmishes. Devs have tried to handle this in part by giving a option to recall if there is no training at all. But that is not really a solution because the offending party might be able to train inadequately and get away with it. This issue kept me up every night.., couldn't even take my naps in the office hours which i always do. Then finally I had a lightbulb moment... I sat on one and had to visit hospital to get shreds of glass picked out of my ass. Laying on the hospital bed is what gave me an idea... why not have flexible time periods for loans. Lets say I list a player for loaning out, I should be able to determine number of weeks (have a min period of 4 weeks atleast) he would be loaned out. This will give us the opportunity to test the training skill of the loanee and if things do according to plan we could always recall. Oh, the pretty nurse is back,.. got to go. |

LOLZ +1 dude are you a comedian?... You keep making this forum active with your funny post(s) I agree with what you posted "coz" am a typical example of what you meant(CONFESSING)... I loaned in a 72avg CF to my team 2weeks after the season kicked off the guy has just been able to move by just 1prog point... am sure the manager would have gotten pissed off... there is nothing i can do 'coz' i already ordered my training from the begininng of the season TO the 22nd of SEPTEMBER... moreso FWD training commence after match 29... Implementing this suggestion would be a head start for those applying for loans Edited by Kachi Dox 19-08-2015 20:08 |

This suggestion can only be done if Loan Request is active for a full season and not half... I think it would be better off if the team didn't train the loaned player at least once in 7 days, then the player should be able to be call back |
