If you play with full 100% effort through out the match, your players will be too much tired in the last 15mins and they will loose some of their moral and fitness points after the match. The higher the effort, the higher the tiredness in player Edited by kitfaith 14-08-2015 15:34 |

No. If you play high effort the stamina of your players at the end of the game will be very low, while morale varies depending on the result of the match and fitness depends on the frequency of the training. If you schedule training every day, fitness will never drop. To restore morale and fitness put your psyco and physio to work From FAQs, that everyone should read: "Q: How can I increase the morale and fitness and stamina? A: The Physiotherapist is for fitness and Psychologist for morale. http://uk.strikermanager.com/empleados.php. Stamina can ONLY be recovered by resting a player. 10 stamina points are regained every evening with the daily training. • Low fitness going into a game drops stamina heavily. • Low morale lowers a player's total average and performance in a game. • Low stamina also has an effect on average, but not as much as morale. Alright then, but what if a player have like 25 avrg and his stats are 80+ upward...... That means he has looses his stamina, moral and fitness due to no training and no recovering of psychologist and phyciotherapist, and the effort the manager is using to play matches before is now high than his ability since his avrg, stamina, moral, and fitness are been decreased, and he will later recover it after some training and some days, after the work of the coach, psychologist, and phyciotherapist. No body have no experience,we people talk from experience not guess |

Kitfaith, when did you join this game? You just sit behind your pc or hold your phone up high this morning and decide to type trash? So tell me i have no experience playing this game for more than 3 years now? You gave out a 100% wrong answer, sicox try to put you on the right path by suggesting you guessed but you won't accept it and learn. Look my friend, there's a saying at my end that says, ' he who refuses to learn will ALWAYS be an ignorant piss of sh*t. Now to answer your question above, you can do us all a favour by checking the said players moral, fitness and stamina in the players profile if they/one especially moral is below 50%, i suggest you go back and read what Durnorf wrote. Thank you and have a nice day. |
