There is not an advisable position in particular, just choose one and train it to death (7/7 days)!! THe best option is to "farm" players, no matter the division you are in. The only reason of the existance of the junior team is to let the kids grow as fast as possible.
For senior team it is almost the same, but training is the way to choose what part of the field you are focusing on. For exemple, if you train defenders, buy young defenders to train, while for the other positions just buy old cheap players. Most of the managers would suggest you to do so.
Keep on looking for a +85% coach (of course it is better if you can get a +90 one, but it is rare to find) in order to maximize training.

Well, depends On The Progression of the Player. If you have sometin around 92-95 Progres I will advise you to push through if you wanted to

Anything Under 90prog won't Train Fast Has you expect.

The ball is with you, you can play it anywhere you like... You are the Manager, it depends on you the position you like to train.
