There is a player hidden stat called Fidelity which determines the ratio between his wage and the release clause. Players with low wage and high R.C. have a high fidelity stat, while others have lower fidelity. The younger the player, the higher is his fidelity, but I don't think this is a very true assumption. You can see it this way: when a player gets older, he becomes more greedy and wants more money for playing for a team |

When promoting junior players to senior squad have in account that players have release clause x2 in the promotion contract. Example. If I promote a player with 200.000 wage, he'll have 200 M release clause, but if I resign him after promoting, he'll have the half he has (100M). Also, try not to resign your young players too often, every season their release clause decreases with the same wage (this occurs till they have 28 years). |
