MVP of the game
 I upgraded the seat of my stadium and when the construction ended, the seat still remain the same, nothing upgraded. What can cause it? 20/07/2015 09:12

you upgraded, you didn't expand. maybe you upgraded from standing to general,or from general to pro or even from pro to vip.

its improving, only that there is reduction in your standing area and increment in your general seats..mind you upgrading is different from expanding
