If you really want your player to increase there ability, I would advice you to keep searching for a higher coach or train the one you have, so that he can improve on his coaching average... |

Staffs get +2 with degree for 100 GBs and +1 with course for cash (exorbitant)! Just try get a better coach.+90, even if you still have to train them! |

I suggest you keep looking for coaches regularly, they are random and you might get a higher average one in a few days. I got mines with over 80% both, and from there I started to improve them. That way you'll spend less money or golden balls to max their skills. courses and degrees are not exactly cheap... |
