I don't think player + cash transactions still happens here on Striker Manager. It was stopped few seasons ago

 Manager A has player A.
Manager B has player B and money.

Manager A hires player B offering price equal to the market value of player B (watch similar transfers). Manager B accepts, sells player B and gets money. Then manager B hires player A offering price equal to the price that manager A paid plus the extra money. Manager A accepts and that's it.

Three comments:

1. You cannot do this in one transaction.

2. Before the transaction, watch similar transfers of both players. You cannot do agreements worth prices which are significantly below or above regular market values. You will be fined.

3. Consider tax and formation rights aspect. Both transaction will be subject to tax and depending on the player, the formation rights. This will increase the price of the deal. Watch this before the transaction to avoid unnecessary surprises. 		19/07/2015 08:49

 Team A buy a player from Team B by hiring him paying 12M, then Team B buy the agreed player from Team A by hiring him also paying 3M... which meam Team B as collected a player + 9M from Team A to give a player to Team A.
