I kinda like the cup as it is today (even if I never got further than round 8, lol). It's true that lower division teams often miss more than what they get to play, but the feel when you have to face a stronger team and you actually get to defeat them makes it worthy. It's nice to have a cross division tournament. However, I think it would be fun to have an aditional tournament for each division, to make things a little more interesting, specially for lower division teams, which get kicked away from striker cup too fast. Something like: Striker cup -> F.A. cup 2nd cup -> Johnstone's Paint trophy But I don't think they would do something like that, too much work for the devs... |
