Use the following technique 1. search for a coach 2. if the output meet your desired percentage 3. hire him, and stop. Else 4. if it does not meet your target, then 5. hire the least percentage avaialable on the search, immediately 6. go back to step 1 Do this for a multiple of times. If it does not work at a particular time, give it a rest and try again some other time. You will spend very little money. If you were able to get 88+% coach, the b est advice is to stick to him and train him using golden ball. |
