Catering is useful if you have pack manager or you just unlocked the production queue. I make 1.2-1.5m every match. I have to say that I have lev5 and all items unlocked even if some are pretty useless since it takes too much time to produce them. I make sodas, hotdogs(frankfurts), nuts, sandwiches, chips, cockles, beer, fried rice, salad, wine,champagne, spaghetti, canapes, gnocchis, sushi, steak in this order since it is better to produce before the items that take the least time to produce
