Player retiring at 34 is nonsense, last I check Andre Pirlo of Juventus is 38 and he isn't thinking of retirement. | 18/06/2015 13:20 |

I'm seriously against d issue of leaving a junior player wit release clause, it will increase our weekly cost. I will only accept it on the ground that the junior teams would be allowed to generate revenue too, like playing their own private league and so on. Secondly, Reducing the ritirement age, when then do u expect a player to grow and reach to d peak of his career? Some players dont reach their peak untill 35, so how then do the owners enjoy them? The retirement age should be increased to even 40yrs as long as i'm concerned. | 18/06/2015 13:21 |

To me his new improvement will only favor those manager in top divisions(1,2,3). And will frustrate we in lower divisions. | 18/06/2015 13:22 |

This is: http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/foro.php?id=42724 My comment about the updates - I like them, for the most part, but, I wonder, what is the logic behind reducing the retirement age for the next few seasons, rather than, say, limiting it at 35 or whatever as a flat implementation? Yeah, it's not really one reasonable update the developers can think of. So, what they are trying to say inevitably, is that very very soon, the retirement age will reduce so much that players will retire at 18 years! Incredible. Not actually. They said, they would reduce the retirement age till it becomes 33. |

I think their should be a "letter R" button on Senior players, like their is in junior but it will stand for "RETIRE" so instead of firing the player one will just Retire him. For example a player stays with a team from the age of 17years and at 33 or 34 if you fire such a player he won't go to the HALL OF FAME, he will just go like that but if you RETIRE such player he will be in that Hall of fame. Its just a though I had. Maybe someone can prove me wrong on this notion |
